Banana bread is one of my favorite things on the planet. Seriously. Why is it so good? Make it paleo, and it’s even better. Sure, our ancestors probably couldn’t have made banana bread, but that’s their loss, not mine!
Luckily, my creative friend Neely from Training Beta has perfected the art of paleo banana bread so that we can all treat our taste buds.
Paleo Banana Bread

- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut butter or almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Combine ingredients into a medium sized bowl. Mix thoroughly and pour into bread pan, pie dish, or muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 F. Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy and rave about this recipe to your friends.
